This is a serious, no fluff sweat & intensive caloric workout.

In this 25 Minute shadow boxing HIIT workout, we tackle boxing technique with shorter boxing combinations + body weight cardio. We work the FULL BODY - no equipment! Get ready to sweat & really burn a lot of calories.

Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio & conditioning workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere - it's one of my favorite ways to workout.

Please have water & a towel nearby.

16 One Min Rounds Min Interval Rounds + 2 Bonus Core Rounds
30 seconds boxing combo with defensive & footwork technique followed by 30 seconds bodyweight cardio
10 seconds rest
