Hey Team, I have been watching Dr. Stacy for some time and her SIT Workout Program is going viral and I LOVED IT.
Start slow and do as much as you can, we’re doing it together. I want to see how my body changes in the next 30 days with you. I am in hopes that the Cortisol will reduce and I have more energy (lol I know)… you may have different goals, and that’s good! Our bodies are all needing different things to adapt to changes in our environment (epigenetic) so what you do is personal to you.
