Ingredients:
Fenugreek Leaves – 200 gm
Paneer – 200 gm ( cut into small cubes)
Tomato – 1 medium sized
Hing / Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Jeera / Cumin – ½ tsp
Brown Cardamom / Moti elaichi – 1
Green Cardamom – 2
Clove / Laung - 2
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1.5tsp
Turmeric/Haldi powder – ½ tsp
Soonth/Ginger Powder – 1/4th tsp
Fennel /Baidan Powder – 3/4th tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
