This easy, quick, and delicious low carb recipe is an excellent option for replacing traditional bread for a snack or breakfast. It's rich in protein and fiber, very low in carbohydrates (only 3g of net carbs per serving), is flourless (gluten-free), and uses few ingredients. It can be part of your low carb diet for weight loss and better health, a ketogenic diet, and can also help you with a low carb dietary re-education. Dried garlic, oregano, and black pepper to taste (optional; use any seasonings you prefer)
Makes 2 servings, each with approximately 173 calories, 4g carbs (1g fiber), 13g protein, and 12g fat.
