Welcome to Day 27! I cannot believe we are near the end. Sad time, people.
Today, we are bringing the pace down with this Yoga For Unsettling Times workout, at home, no equipment. This routine will be a welcome relief after 5 days of working hard doing cardio and toning workouts! So take your time here, breathe and enjoy the relaxation of yoga.
