This 60 min vinyasa flow will guide you through a seamless series of poses that flow with your breath. ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren Eckstrom is a Holistic Yoga Flow E-RYT Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher and certified mindfulness meditation instructor.
