Coaching cues
• Choose any loading option that fits the program (dumbbells, goblet, kettlebell, or barbell)
• Set your stance at roughly shoulder width with a slight toe flare
• Stack ribs over pelvis. Exhale gently to align the spine without losing height
• Squat to roughly 90 degrees and hold. Stay tall and breathe
• Drive through the floor to stand without overextending
