Most people, but especially rowers can hold a lot of tension in the neck and the area between the shoulders and neck, whether it's due to external stress, postural habits or rowing technique (or all of the above).
In this class we use yoga and physical therapy exercises to counteract muscular tension around the neck and to strengthen postural muscles that reverse forward head and forward shoulder posture.
