Welcome to this gentle yoga practice designed to help you feel better in your body and stay consistent with movement

Today’s class offers a beginner-friendly yoga routine focused on releasing stiffness and tension. Especially helpful if you sit for long hours, feel tight, or experience back, shoulder or neck discomfort.

This slow, accessible practice is created to support upper-body. Release for shoulders, neck and upper back. The movements are calm, safe, and easy to follow, making this a great daily yoga routine for beginners, desk workers, stiff active people and anyone returning to movement after a break.

You don’t need flexibility or prior yoga experience. Just a few minutes and a willingness to move gently. This is a practice you can repeat regularly to improve mobility, posture, and overall comfort in your body
