We’re trying something new to make your virtual workouts feel more real. Using META glasses, we’re filming from a first-person point of view, so it feels like you’re right here training with us.

This follow-along session is all about building strength, endurance, and body awareness through movement. FitBreak mixes HipHop dance moves with fitness exercises, so you get a solid workout and pick up some fresh steps along the way.
The workout’s about 20 minutes — dance-inspired, calorie-burning, and made to push you just the right amount.
If you need to modify moves, go for it.
If you need to take breaks, take them.
It’s all about doing your best, staying consistent, and enjoying the process. Let’s get moving!
