Struggling to fall asleep or unwind at the end of the day?
This 25-minute bedtime yoga practice is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and prepare your body and mind for rest.
This is a gentle, calming sequence with easy movement, steady breath, and supported postures to help quiet the nervous system and ease you into sleep. The focus is on softening, settling, and letting the body feel safe enough to rest.
This practice is suitable for all levels and can be done on your mat or directly in bed. Props like a pillow or blanket are welcome if they help you feel more comfortable and supported.
This class is helpful if you’re dealing with:
• Difficulty falling asleep
• A busy or racing mind
• Physical tension from the day
• Stress or nervous system overload
