Welcome to Day 38 of the 75 Hard YOGA Challenge.

Today’s class is a standing strength and stability flow designed to help you build strong legs, steady balance, and controlled transitions through a full-body practice.

This class emphasizes intentional movement, breath-led control, and grounded strength in standing poses.

The pace is steady with less detailed cueing, making this class best suited for students who have already been practicing (including experienced beginners) or who are following along with the challenge.

If you’re brand new to yoga, this class may feel like a lot and that’s completely normal.

I recommend starting with one of my slower-paced or beginner-friendly classes to build a strong foundation, then coming back to this practice when you’re ready.

What you’ll train in this class:
• Standing leg strength
• Balance and stability
• Controlled transitions
• Full-body integration
• Breath-led movement

🧘‍♀️ No props needed; just your mat, your body, and your breath.

This 45-minute practice is designed to count as one of your daily workouts if you’re participating in the 75 Hard challenge.

This series is not officially affiliated with the 75 Hard program, but it is built to support consistency, discipline, and strength.
