Welcome to Day 18 of the 75 Hard YOGA Challenge!
This is your Leg Day Power Flow, a strength-based yoga workout designed to build strong legs, grounded control, and full-body stability.
In this 45-minute lower body sequence, you’ll:
✅ Target your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and inner thighs
✅ Build deep strength through long, controlled holds
✅ Improve balance, posture, and joint stability
✅ Train functional strength that supports how you move on and off the mat
Whether you're doing 75 Hard or just want to feel stronger on and off the mat, this class meets you where you are and trains your body to move with strength, awareness, and intention.
This isn’t a fast-paced workout. This is power built through presence where every breath helps you stay focused, steady, and strong.
