🧾 Ingredients
For the dough & filling:
• 1/2 large green cabbage + 1 small whole green cabbage
• 1 medium onion
• 1 medium carrot
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 teaspoon sunflower oil (or any neutral vegetable oil)
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
🍲 Cooking
Cook the dumplings in boiling, well-salted water for 5–7 minutes, until they float and become tender.

Ingredients:
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
• 1 cup water
