• ½ medium head of fresh white cabbage, shredded
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2–3 medium onions, sliced
• 2 bell peppers, chopped
• 2–3 slices bacon, chopped
• 7–10 oz sausages (preferably Bavarian-style), sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
🥣 Creamy Egg Sauce
• 2 large eggs, hard-boiled and grated
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
Mix the grated eggs with sour cream until smooth and creamy.
