Another great session - this time using a weighted vest and 20kg KB.
(Warm up, then….)
3 rounds of 45 second on (20 rest rest)
With 10kg vest on
A1. 20kg KB clean to Rev lunges (left & right)
A2. Squat
A3. Elevated press ups
A4. Press up with release
2 rounds of 45 seconds on (20 rest)
B1. Squat clean & catch KB
B2 band press ups
5 rounds
C1. Burpees x 60s
C2. Alt KB swings x 60s
Skip cool down.
