Wind down your day with this simple, relaxing mobility flow to release tension and prepare your body for restful sleep. These gentle movements help decompress your spine, open tight hips, and ease stress before bed.
Routine Breakdown:
Inhale/Exhale → Forward Fold
Prone 90-90 Switch (back decompression)
Figure Four Glute Stretch (both sides)
Internal Hip Rotation on Back (spinal relief)
Butterfly Stretch (groin + hip opener)
Piriformis & Hamstring Stretch (both sides)
Front Shoulder Stretch & Neck Decompression
Puppy Pose with Neck Decompression
Full Body Stretch
Superman Stretch
