Inner Thigh Burn - Stability Ball Workout

This inner thigh workout will make you burn and feel those legs getting toned! If you don't have a stability ball, you can place anything between the thighs to hold on to. i.e., a yoga block, pillow, or do it without.
WORKOUT
1) Chair pose - squat down and up.
*inner thighs hug the midline of your body.
2) Lift on heel up - pulse.
3) Other Side.
4) Lift both heels up and down.
5) Heels up, pulse the hips back.
6) Bridge with ball between inner thighs - hips lift up and down.
7) Hips stay up, press into the ball.
8) Hips stay up, lengthen one leg out in line with the knee.
9) Other side.
10) Chair pose with the ball this time!
11) Chair pose - hug in on the ball - pulses.
Inner thighs are toast!
