Pole Split: Step-by-Step Tutorial on Static + Spinning: How to Enter, Exit & Exercise from the Floor

Hey everyone, it's time to get back to pole! This beautiful pole split is one of my favourite at the moment! It's similar to an Allegra Split but easier because you don't need backbends that much. In this step-by-step tutorial I show you how you enter this trick, exit it and I also show you exercises and variations from the floor so you can get used to it before you try it up on the pole. I always advise you to have a person spot you when you try new tricks until you feel comfortable doing it alone.
You know me all too well! Of course I also teach you how to do this trick in 8 inch high heels on the pole. I love the look of those extreme high heels and I will forever dance in them hehe. I hope you enjoy this short but sweet tutorial.
