Empanadas
Ingredients for dough:
Wheat flour 2 cup
Egg 2
Salt to taste
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Ingredients for filling:
Chicken mince 1-1/2 cup
Onion chopped 1 large
Capsicum 2
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 6 slices
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Tomato paste 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 5 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Method:
• For making dough in a bowl add dough ingredients knead with some water and keep a side.
• Now in a pan heat oil and fry onion.
• Then mix chicken mince, oregano and black pepper.
• After this tomato paste, crushed red chili, capsicum, cumin seeds and salt add cook on high flame then remove from flame and cool it.
• Now make small round loaf from dough then fill mince mixture and fold it then closed from sides.
• After this egg wash then bake in oven 20 minutes and remove then serve.
Paya Gosht
Ingredients:
Beef trotter boiled 2
Beef bong 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Method:
• Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic.
• Then add mutton Paya and mutton boti mix and fry for 5 minutes.
• Now red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder mix and further fry for 5 minutes.
• After salt and 8 cup of water add and cook till then tender.
• Finally add black pepper and serve.
