Whats up & welcome to the Boxing and Jump Rope 3-day mini series!
Jumping rope is a great way to improve your cardio and help you LOSE WEIGHT by increasing your energy expenditure in a fun way. It gets the heart pumping and your muscles burning and you will definitely feel satisfied after completing this workout!
In this video, I guide you through a 10-minute jumprope and boxing workout. THERE ARE NO BREAKS. However you can take a break if necessary, the point isn't to push yourself to exhaustion but to get you MOVING! I challenge you to find 10 minutes of your day and complete this workout. What you need:
1) Jump Rope
Thats it! In the 10 minutes we alternate jumping rope, specific exercise, and shadowboxing. 20 second intervals, one after another. Give this workout a try! Your legs will be firing after this one. Day 3 is focused on CORE.

Flutter Kicks
Rocking Chairs
Side Bends
