Imli Chutney, इमली की खट्टी मीठी चटनी बनाने का आसान तरीका -    • Imli Chutney | इमली की खट्टी मीठी चटनी बना...  

Ingredients (सामग्री) :

For Spinach Leaves Batter (पालक के पत्तों के घोल के लिए):
10-15 Large Fresh Spinach Leaves (ताजे बड़े पालक के पत्ते)
½ Cup Gram Flour (बेसन)
½ Cup Rice Flour (चावल का आटा)
¼ tsp Carrom Seeds (अजवाइन)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
¼ tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Water as required for batter (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी)
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Oil for Frying (तलने के लिए तेल)

For Green Chutney (हरी चटनी के लिए):
1 Cup Fresh Coriander (ताजा धनिया)
½ Cup Mint Leaves (पुदीना पत्तियां)
4-5 Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च)
5-6 Garlic Cloves (लहसुन की कलियां)
½ Inch Piece Ginger (अदरक)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर)
¼ Cup Sev/Papdi/Gathiya (सेव/पापड़ी/गाठिया)
¼ Cup Yogurt (दही)
½ tsp Black Salt (काला नमक)
¼ tsp Asafoetida Powder (हींग पाउडर)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
3-4 Ice Cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े)

For Tamarind Chutney (इमली की चटनी के लिए):
1 Cup Dates & Tamarind (Soaked in Hot Water) (खजूर और इमली, गर्म पानी में भिगोई हुई)
3/4 Cup Grated or Crumbled Jaggery (कद्दूकस किया हुआ या टूटा हुआ गुड़)
½ tsp Aamchur Powder (अमचूर पाउडर)
½ tsp Crushed Fennel Seeds (सौंफ)
½ tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
½ tsp Black Salt (काला नमक)
¼ Cup Sugar (चीनी)
½ tsp Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
½ Cup Water (पानी)
1 tsp Melon Seeds (For Garnish) (खरबूजे के बीज, सजावट के लिए)
Pinch Asafoetida Powder (हींग पाउडर)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)

For Assembling (असेंबलिंग के लिए):
Whisked Yogurt with Sugar, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder (फेंटा हुआ दही जिसमें चीनी, काला नमक, काली मिर्च मिलाई गई हो)
Dates and Tamarind Chutney (खजूर और इमली की चटनी)
Green Chutney (हरी चटनी)
Chat Masala (चाट मसाला)
Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर)
Pomegranate Seeds (अनार के दाने)
Ginger & Beetroot Juliennes (अदरक और चुकंदर की पतली लच्छियां)
Sev (Any Color) (सेव, किसी भी रंग का)
Boondi Masala (बूंदी मसाला)
Finely Chopped Onions (बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज)
