45 Minute TARGETED UPPER BODY STRENGTH - This was a good format for upper body. We are targeting back, biceps, chest, triceps, shoulders! I loved just really putting some intense focus on the upper body today. Enjoy this workout!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells
Workout:
Single, double rows
Pinwheel curls
Pushup salute
Skull crushers
Squat thrust
x3
Bridge DB pullover
1/2 bicep curl
Pulse chest press
Tricep kickout
Plie high pull
x3
SS Wide row
Hammer curls
Tricep chest press
Tricep extension
Lateral raise curtsy lunge
x3

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
