I’m on a 12-week mission to build a 315 bench while putting on 10–12 pounds of lean muscle and staying shredded the entire time.
In this session, we strapped bands to the bar for dynamic speed work, built explosive strength, and finished with accessories that hit size and shoulder health. This is how you build real power and look the part.
