Calisformation Day 114: High Volume Leg Day (4x18) & Core Pain

Welcome to Calisformation Day 114!
It’s Tuesday, Leg and Core day. Today was a test of endurance and pure willpower. The leg volume is getting serious (approaching 20 reps per set), and the Long-Lever Plank absolutely destroyed my core.
Today's Workout:
Single-Leg Hip Thrusts: 4 sets of 18 reps. (Glutes were on fire by the end).
Reverse Lunges: 4 sets of 17 reps. (Quads working overtime).
Long-Lever Plank: 3 sets of 55 seconds.
Reality check: My core felt like failing at the 30-second mark, but I fought through the pain for the final 25 seconds.
Next Week's Goals:
Push Hip Thrusts to 4x19.
Increase Lunges to 4x18.
Master the 55-second Plank with better form.
