TODAY’S SESSION:
In only 6 mins you can prime your body for a fast, smooth and efficient run. This pre run activation sequence will make a massive difference to the way you feel running, and the way you recover.
The goal is to loosen the spine and hips and activate your glutes, core, upper body, feet and ankles and stability muscles. This helps us hold form and run more efficiently, run faster and reduce the risk of injury.
It doesn't take long, but will make a huge difference to your session. ENJOY!
