🍲Chicken Corn Soup Recipe🍜

Ingredients:
3 litre water
200 gm chicken
1 cup sweet corn
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp chicken powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tbsp black pepper powder
3 eggs
6 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup water (for slurry)
1/4 cup spring onion for garnish

Instructions:
1. In 3 litres water, boil 200g chicken, until tender (~7–8 mins). Shred chicken, keep broth.
2. Add 1 cup sweet corn to broth (half cup corn crushed) Add shredded chicken. Simmer 2 mins.
3. Add 1 tbsp salt, 3 tbsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp sugar, ¼ tbsp black pepper, Mix well.
4. Mix 6 tbsp cornflour with ½ cup water. Gradually add half slurry to soup, add Beaten 3 eggs Slowly drizzle into soup while stirring, then add remaining slurry to perfect thickness of soup.
Garnish with spring onion.
Serve Hot! 🍲
