Main Ingredients:
Gosht Beef – 1 kg
Sabut Urad Dal – 250 g (overnight soaked)
Onions – 4 large (finely sliced)
Tomatoes – 3 medium (paste)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 tbsp
Green Chilies – 4–5 slit
Fresh Coriander – for garnish
Oil / Ghee – 1 cup
Salt – to taste

1️⃣ Urad Dal Preparation
Sabut urad ko 7–8 ghante ya overnight bhigo dein.
Pressure cooker me urad ko namak aur pani ke sath 2–3 whistle dekar 70% tak galne dein.

Kadhai ya patile me oil/ghee garam karein.
Saare sabut masale daal kar khushboo aane tak bhunein.
Ab pyaz daal kar deep golden brown hone tak bhunein.
