Aaj ki video me hum bana rahe hain UP ka famous Urad Gosht, jo Purvanchal aur North India me bohot mashhoor hai.

Is recipe me humne use kiya hai 1 kg gosht aur 250 gram sabut urad, jise slow cooking ke zariye ek rich, thick aur lajawab gravy me tayar kiya gaya hai.
Urad ki creaminess aur gosht ka soft texture — dono milkar is dish ko ek royal taste dete hain 😍🔥

🧂 Ingredients (Detailed)

Main Ingredients:

Gosht Beef – 1 kg

Sabut Urad Dal – 250 g (overnight soaked)

Onions – 4 large (finely sliced)

Tomatoes – 3 medium (paste)

Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 tbsp

Green Chilies – 4–5 slit

Fresh Coriander – for garnish

Oil / Ghee – 1 cup

Salt – to taste

Water – as required


Dry Masale:

Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp

Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp

Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp

Cumin Powder – 1 tsp

Garam Masala – 1½ tsp

Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp


Whole Spices:

Bay Leaf – 2

Green Cardamom – 4

Cloves – 6

Cinnamon – 1 inch

Black Cardamom – 1

👨‍🍳 Recipe (Step-by-Step Method)

1️⃣ Urad Dal Preparation

Sabut urad ko 7–8 ghante ya overnight bhigo dein.

Pressure cooker me urad ko namak aur pani ke sath 2–3 whistle dekar 70% tak galne dein.

2️⃣ Gosht Masala Base

Kadhai ya patile me oil/ghee garam karein.

Saare sabut masale daal kar khushboo aane tak bhunein.

Ab pyaz daal kar deep golden brown hone tak bhunein.

Ginger garlic paste daal kar bhunein jab tak raw smell na jaye.

3️⃣ Masala Bhunna

Tomato paste add karein.

Haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya, jeera, kali mirch aur namak daal kar masala bhunein jab tak oil alag na ho jaye.

4️⃣ Gosht Cooking

Gosht daal kar masale ke sath 10–12 minute bhunein.

Thoda pani daal kar pressure cooker me 5–6 whistle tak gosht soft hone tak paka lein.

5️⃣ Urad + Gosht Dum

Ab ubli hui urad gosht me add karein.

Gravy ke liye zarurat ke hisaab se pani add karein.

Dheemi aanch par 30–40 minute dum par pakayein taaki urad ghul kar gravy thick aur creamy ban jaye.

6️⃣ Final Touch

Garam masala sprinkle karein.

Hara dhaniya se garnish karein.
