Aaj Roshan’s Food Magic ke kitchen me hum bana rahe hain Bhindi Gosht ka Salan — ek lajawab traditional recipe jisme bade ka gosht aur bhindi milkar banate hain ek dum rich aur flavorful gravy.
Is recipe me humne liya hai 700gm bade ka gosht aur 300gm chhoti bhindi.
Bhindi ko humne pehle halka sa fry kar liya taaki gravy me chipke nahi aur uska luaab na nikle.
Uske baad humne daale ghar ke basic masale aur slow cooking me banaya ye perfect bhindi gosht salan — soft gosht, tender bhindi aur masaledar taste ke sath.

🧂 Ingredients (Detailed List)
700 gm bade ka gosht (washed & cleaned)
300 gm chhoti bhindi (fried lightly)
2 large onions (finely sliced)
2 tomatoes (pureed or chopped)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder (dhaniya)
1 tsp cumin powder (zeera)
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
4 tbsp mustard oil (or refined oil)
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

🍳 Cooking Method (Step by Step)
1. Bhindi fry karein: Bhindi ko dhokar sookha lein aur halki si fry karein taaki chipke nahi aur luaab na nikle.
2. Masala base: Ek patile me tel garam karein, pyaz daalein aur golden brown hone tak bhunein.
3. Ginger-garlic paste daalein aur raw smell jane tak bhunein.
4. Ab tomato puree, haldi, mirch powder, dhaniya aur namak daalein; achhi tarah bhunein jab tak tel chhutne lage.
5. Bade ka gosht daalein, aur masale me achhi tarah mix karke 10–15 minute tak bhunein taaki raw smell chala jaye.
6. Ab thoda pani daal kar cooker me 5–6 whistle tak pakayein (jab tak gosht soft ho jaye).
7. Pressure release hone ke baad, fried bhindi daalein aur 5–10 minute tak slow flame me dum lagayein.
8. Ant me garam masala aur fresh dhaniya daal kar serve karein.
Result — ek dum lajawab Bhindi Gosht ka Salan, jiska har bite me taste aur aroma dono bharpur hain! 😍
