These are my 5 favourite Bikini Body exercises to tone up 5 areas of the body. Abs, Waist, Back, Arms and Butt.
I do not believe in body shaming and feel we should all embrace who we are and be body confident regardless. However I am a physiotherapist and know many people want to do exercises to make sure they feel confident in a bikini. This video will teach you 5 different ways of toning up in a safe way.
These exercises daily with a sensible diet and some cardiovascular exercise will help you feel more confident to wear a bikini.
