Keep the following in mind while mastering the Dumbbell Hang Power Clean-and-Jerk:
KEY POINTS:
-Chest lifted, back flat.
-Aggressively extend hips, knees, and ankles to accelerate weight upwards.
-Quickly send elbow through to catch the Dumbbells in the front rack position.
-Midline braced while you put Dumbbells overhead.
STANDARDS:
-Start with Dumbbells in the hang position.
-Pass through the front rack position.
-Drop back under the load to make it a jerk.
-Finish standing tall, Dumbbells overhead, arms locked out.
