CrossFit Seminar Staff member Eric O’Connor (CF-L4) teaches a group how to maximize efficiency in the ring muscle-up.
O’Connor enlists the help of fellow Seminar Staff member Austin Malleolo (CF-L3) to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of the high and low catches. The two also highlight how to stack the shoulder over the rings, and how to swing, pump and press out of a low catch when performing the movement while fatigued.
