Hi guys!
Here are two different ab/core workouts for you to try out! These are some of my favorite ab exercises that you will find me doing at some point throughout the week at the end of one of my sessions. I gave you two options so that whether you are training from home or at the gym, there is something you can do or easily modify!

WORKOUT:
WORKOUT 1
1. Cable Crunches 25 reps X 4 sets
2. Single-Leg Plank Crunches & Oblique crunches 10 reps ea x 4 Sets
3. Lying Leg Raises 15 reps x 4 Sets
WORKOUT 2
1. Bicycles 15 reps X 4 sets (ea. side)
2. Single-Leg toe taps with dumbbell to both legs 10 reps ea. X 4 Sets
3. Over and Out Crunches 10 reps ea. X 4 sets
Make sure you are resting between sets! 1-3 min depending how you feel.
