Follow along this stretch and strengthening routine to help correct anterior pelvic tilt caused by muscle imbalance!
Anterior pelvic tilt can be caused by tightness in your hip flexors and low back, and weakness in your glutes and core. This routine will help stretch your hip flexors and low back, and strengthen your glutes and core.
I recommend repeating it every other day, or 3 times a week for best results.
