Meridian Stretching Basic Variations - Improve Mobility, Internal Balance & Relieve Abnormal Tension

This sequence features variations of each basic meridian stretch to make this routine accessible to beginners or those with restrictions in mobility. If you only have a problem with a couple of the basic stretches, substitute with the corresponding regression from this video. Ideally, you should feel no serious discomfort in any of these positions, if you do, you need a further regression, if your attitude is "grin & bear it" you won't be doing meridian stretches at all.
What you want is an even sensation from head to toe. If you feel too much strain in a particular muscle or joint, try to modify your position, or slip a bolster under something for support. If even this version of these stretches don't work for you, get in touch and I can help you find an alternative.
Please let me know what you think if you try them. If you're up for a challenge, try doing this routine once a day for 21 days and pay attention to how you feel physically, emotionally, mentally. Notice if the cumulative effect changes how you sleep, your digestion, etc...
