今天我们要练习的主题是“前驱”——就是让身体向前折叠的动作。生活中,像弯腰捡东西、系鞋带、甚至从椅子上站起来,都需要前驱。它能舒展大腿后侧、放松腰背肌肉,特别适合缓解腰背痛哦!从神经调节的角度,前驱还可以帮助镇定,减轻焦虑,稳定心率和血压。

Hello everyone, I'm YogaLadyM, and welcome to Day 1 of the 7-Day Beginner Yoga!
Today, we’ll focus on the "Forward Fold" – a movement where the body folds forward. In daily life, actions like bending down to pick something up, tying your shoes, or even standing up from a chair all involve forward folding. It helps stretch the hamstrings and relax the muscles in your lower back, which is great for relieving back pain! From a nerve-regulation perspective, forward folding also has a calming effect, reducing anxiety and stabilizing heart rate and blood pressure.
Today, I’ll guide you through a beginner-level forward fold practice, teaching you the proper technique and gradually deepening the fold. Grab two yoga blocks, and let’s practice together! If you have any questions or topics you’d like to see, feel free to leave a comment.
