► EQUIPMENT: Medium to heavy set of dumbbells. I'm using 10 and 15 lb dumbbells. I also suggest adding a chair or bench for incline push ups.
►TIME STAMPS:
00:00 Workout Introduction
✔️ 5 Tabata Circuits (Bicep, Back, Chest, Shoulder, Triceps)
✔️ 20 Seconds Per Exercise, Followed By 10 Seconds Rest OR Isometric Hold
✔️ 4 "Work" Intervals Per Circuit. In some circuits, that means 4 unique exercises, in others we'll repeat the same exercises multiple times.
