Welcome to Day 8 of our 21-Day New Year Challenge! ⚡
WEEK 2 BEGINS! Welcome to "Ignite & Flow" week. After resting yesterday, today we're building heat and energy. This faster-paced vinyasa flow will wake up your entire body and energize you for the day ahead.
This 12-minute flow includes:
✨ Sun Salutation A x2 - warming up
✨ Sun Salutation B x2 - building heat
✨ Warrior I - strength & stability
✨ Warrior II - power & focus
✨ Plank to Chaturanga Flow - upper body strength
✨ Child's Pose - integration
What you'll need: Your mat, energy from yesterday's rest, and willingness to move with more intensity.
Remember: Week 2 is about building on your foundation. You've proven you can show up. Now we're taking it deeper. Move at your own pace but challenge yourself to stay with the flow.
