此款法國麵包最適合新手
沒有要求高難度的技術,只要揉一揉整型好就可以享受囉!
材料 4個 長約15公分的長條麵包(一個約84g)
中筋麵粉 200g
40度以下的溫水 125g
酵母 2g
糖 2g
無鹽奶油 2g
鹽 4g
劃刀後放上麵包的無鹽奶油 約8g(切小塊)
蒜泥奶油
無鹽奶油 10g
蒜片2~3片(搓成泥)
鹽 1小匙
烤溫 400℉(200℃) 烤 15分鐘後拿出刷蒜泥奶油,再放進烤箱繼續烤3~5分鐘,直到上色。
