In this Mobility Upper class, you’ll use bands to work the muscles surrounding your shoulder joint in order to keep them safe and healthy. Your exercises will include:
Scap shrugs with band
Internal and external rotation with band
Y raises
Wall slides with loop band
You’ll need:
Crossover Symmetry Band (or another resistance band)
Resistance Bands (optional)
