I hope you enjoy this quick Pilates class featuring 2lb Toning Balls where we'll work your entire body, with a special emphasis on your deep core, abs, glutes and shoulders. This class is designed to be beginner-friendly and also challenging enough to leave you with that post-Pilates glow.
If you don't have toning balls, you can still enjoy this class using a set of light hand weights or just your own body weight.
