🍔 Carnivore & Keto Hamburger Buns | Sesame Garlic + Rosemary Black Garlic Variations 🧄🌿
Say goodbye to dry, crumbly keto breads! In this video, I show you how to make light, fluffy, and flavorful carnivore and keto friendly hamburger buns using simple ingredients and no flour. Whether you're craving a sesame garlic twist or a savory rosemary black garlic version, these buns are perfect for burgers, sandwiches, or eggs Benedict.
🧾 Ingredients:
4 eggs — separated
2 tsp gelatin powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp Boursin Cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs for Sesame version | Rosemary & Black Garlic for alternative version)
For garnish - sesame seeds or fresh rosemary for alternative version
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Using a mixer, beat egg whites with gelatin and baking powder until stiff peaks form (about 8 minutes).
In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks and mascarpone cheese until smooth.
Gently fold yolk mixture into the egg whites until just combined.
Spoon mixture into muffin top pans (see link below).
Sesame Garlic: Top with sesame seeds
Rosemary Black Garlic: Top with finely chopped fresh rosemary
Bake for 20 minutes.
Turn oven off and let the buns sit inside for 30 more minutes to finish setting.
