25 DAY PILATES CHALLENGE | DAY 4: GLUTE + ABS
This pilates flow will give you that deep pilates burn we all know and love. We work through layered, flowing sequences to increase time under tension for the muscles and achieve maximum results from each exercise, using the pilates ball to add an extra challenge.
This workout is intermediate - advanced. Make sure you take breaks and modify as needed.
