Duonamic Rings Unboxing and Review | Doorway Gymnastic Rings

So today I'm doing a review and unboxing on the Duonamic rings that are a doorway gymnastic rings system. The Duonamic rings will match up with the Duonamic Eleviia doorframe pull up bar and turn it into a full calisthenics home gym. The Duonamic Eleviia is in my opinion the best doorframe pull up bar but you could only do pull ups with it, this addition of the Duonamic rings or duonamic gymnastic rings will now turn your doorframe pull up bar into a way to train your whole body. You can now use your doorframe pull up bar to do inverted rows, to doing dips and even ring push ups. Use them to do bodyweight triceps extensions and bodyweight bicep curls, struggle with your balance doing squats, lunges or pistol squats? use these gymnastic rings to help with that too. Duonamic have turned a Eleviia doorframe pull up bar into a calisthenics home gym.
