✔️ 7 Dumbbell Leg Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds per exercise, followed by 15 seconds of rest)
✔️ Strict Sets (repeat each leg exercise x 2 sets, back-to-back)
✔️ 30 Second Burnout Exercise Between Moves
