Whether you’re a beginner or improving your flexibility, this session focuses on deep hip openers, hamstring stretches, and controlled breathing to help you move safely and consistently toward your goal.
🔥 Today’s session includes:
Warm-up exercises to loosen the hips and inner thigh muscles, followed by static stretches to lengthen and strengthen.
🕘 To warm up:
• 10–15 reps of each exercise
• 10–20 second hold for each stretch
💫 This routine helps with:
• Improving hip and hamstring flexibility
• Releasing tension in the thighs and lower back
• Building consistency and body awareness
• Preparing your body for front and middle splits
