20 minute pilates hiit workout for long lean legs and slim thighs. This ballet inspired workout is great to strengthen the glutes, hamstrings and inner thighs for ballet. This follow along routine includes a warm up and cool down and the exercises follow a 40s on and 10s off pattern.
In ballet class, our legs have to be incredibly strong in order to perform even the most basic of movements effectively. This workout will help strengthen the muscles that support correct alignment and turn out in addition to building the foundation for allegro.
