If you're looking to alleviate tension, stress and stiffness then you must do this full body mobility routine that's great for beginners and honestly, all levels. This mobility routine will help to build strength and flexibility throughout your entire body. Making your joints, connective tissues. and muscles that much stronger and more fluid.
Your body thrives off movement and if you don't move it then as you age you will become tighter and tighter. You will also greatly improve your chances of incurring injury. Mobility or just overall movement will improve your body mechanics and reduce your aches and pains with aging and physical activity.
A lot of the basic day to day functions don't permit us to explore movement the way we should. This causes aches and pains and even leads to injury. So incorporating flexibility and mobility training into your daily/weekly regiment will improve your performance and increase life longevity.
