Morning Everyone! Here is another short, yet impactful 3-minute situational awareness exercise that focuses on thoughts as leaves on a stream. to start your day.
This practice is designed to help you notice thoughts as they occur and develop the skill of letting them go, especially useful when dealing with recurring thoughts.
Overview: Duration: 3 minutes Objective: Enhance situational awareness by learning how to gently place your thoughts on leaves in order to let your thoughts just be.
Components: Notice your thoughts, notice when you are in your thoughts, notice when your attention has shifted, and strengthen your skill to just let them be.
