(11/30) Back & biceps - 565LB DEADLIFT PR ATTEMPT!

If you're reading this I hope you had a good day and if not, I hope it gets better. We had back and bi's today and a couple failed pr attempts :( but you can't win them all. I'm really liking the new gym, I used some new machines today and man that horizontal bicep curl machine is amazing. I haven't had a bicep pump like that since the first time I picked up a dumbbell pretty much. I still feel like a kid in a candy store it's great. Aside from that I got to teach my girl how to deadlift today and man she's a natural, it was awesome to see her pushing hard and really trying. I have no doubt she will be pulling 2 plates for reps in the near future next up learning to properly back squat with the barbell and I know she's going to do just fine. No yap sesh today so I figure id write a little more for today's video, that deep tissue massage is working wonders I definitely need to keep going back but I can notice the difference. I was just telling my girl how crazy it is that I have little to no back pain now, not saying the massage did that but it's something I just noticed while playing back the 565 attempt id attribute that to the form change on my dead's and I'm glad I've been focusing on it (still a lot of improving to do). I love being able to look back at all the progress it's an awesome feeling but anyway that about it for today we got chest and triceps tomorrow and I can't wait to bench.
